SodaPeak Capsules are a dietary supplement sold in a black bottle of 60 capsules. The Supplement Facts panel gives a serving of 2 capsules, 30 servings a bottle, and one 1,200 mg blend that lists 8 names with no amount for any of them. No study has tested SodaPeak. It is not testosterone therapy, and it is not a medicine.

One serving of 2 capsules: a single 1,200 mg blend, eight names
1,200 mgone Proprietary Blend per serving of 2 capsules, 8 names, no amount printed for any of them
Each ridge is a ceiling, not a measured amount: names in a blend are listed from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)), so the name in place n can weigh at most 1,200 mg divided by n. The first name must weigh at least 1,200 mg divided by 8, which is 150 mg. The real split is not printed.
Ceiling vs reference
The label prints no amount for any of the eight names, so the ridge shows ceilings from the label order, not measured amounts. The reference bar is a traditional range for one herb, not a finding about this product.
What it is01
SodaPeak is a dietary supplement in capsules, sold in a black bottle of 60 with a horse-head emblem and the words "SUPPORTS HEALTHY MUSCLE*". The label sets one serving at 2 capsules, so a bottle holds 30 servings.
The Supplement Facts panel has one line with a number. "Test Boost Proprietary Blend 1200mg" sits above eight names, from horny goat weed leaf extract to boron amino acid chelate. The panel does not say how much of any of the eight is in a serving.
The seller's brief lists six herbs and says to take one or two capsules a day with an 8 oz glass of water. The bottle in our images shows eight names, and when the two differ this site follows the label. The star after "healthy muscle" leads to the FDA statement: the claim has not been evaluated, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease (FDA, Structure/Function Claims).
SodaPeak is not FDA-approved. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements). It is also not testosterone therapy: those products are prescription drugs approved for men with a diagnosed medical cause (FDA, Testosterone Information).
Some searches mix the name up with gummies. This product is capsules. See the capsules page.
This site is run by a USA Authorized SodaPeak Retailer, not the maker. Prices are shown at checkout. See about this site.
Claims vs evidence02
No one has published a study of SodaPeak itself, so no one can say it changes hormone levels, stamina or muscle. The research that exists is on single herbs, mostly in other amounts, and it is mixed.
For multi-ingredient exercise products, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements says one "cannot know or predict the effects and safety of combinations" (NIH ODS, Exercise supplements). The FTC adds that research on an ingredient does not automatically support a product whose dose and form differ (FTC, Health Products Guidance).
Seven lines of claims and questions are set against the sources below. Where a herb has a record, it is quoted, and where it has none, the table says so.
Claims as printed on the bottle and in the seller brief. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Guidance).
SodaPeak is not shown to raise testosterone, change erections or sexual performance, treat the prostate or build muscle. Training, protein and sleep do that work. Read the full review on claims vs evidence.
The 1,200 mg blend03
One line, 1,200 mg, eight names. The amounts are not printed, but the order the names are listed in limits each one.
Federal rules say the members of a blend must be listed from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). So the first name, horny goat weed leaf extract, weighs at least 150 mg and could be up to the whole 1,200 mg. The second, tongkat ali, can weigh at most 600 mg. Boron amino acid chelate, last, can weigh at most 150 mg of the chelate, and the label gives no boron figure.
Those are ceilings from arithmetic, not measured amounts. Drag the slider to see how heavy line 1 squeezes the other seven.
Each bar is the most that line can weigh once line 1 is set: at most the weight of line 1 (the list runs from heaviest to lightest) and at most the remainder shared by the lines above it. These are ceilings from arithmetic (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)), not the real amounts.
The cards below show the eight names with the research we could verify for each.

Full profileAmounts vs research04
The label cannot answer that, because it prints no amounts. For two names, a reference exists to hold the ceiling against.
LiverTox gives 100 to 400 mg a day as the traditional dose of tongkat ali, with many online products at 1,000 to 1,600 mg (NIDDK LiverTox, Tongkat Ali). Line 2 can hold up to 600 mg for two capsules, so the label allows anything from a trace to above that tradition. For boron, NIH sets an upper limit of 20 mg of boron a day for adults (NIH ODS, Boron), but the chelate's boron content is not printed, so the two cannot be compared.
That is arithmetic, not a verdict on how you will feel. A studied dose says what was tested, not what works for you, and no study tested SodaPeak.
Read the ad05
Tick each line the ad you are reading uses. The meter adds the flags and shows a one-line reason for each, drawn from FDA and FTC guidance.
FDA says products sold for sexual enhancement, sometimes as dietary supplements or all-natural, are likely to hold dangerous hidden ingredients (FDA, Tainted Sexual Enhancement). The same warning applies to bodybuilding products (FDA, Bodybuilding Products). A product missing from FDA's lists is not thereby safe.
Tick the lines you see. Each one lights a flag and a one-line reason.
Reasons drawn from (FDA, Tainted Sexual Enhancement) (FDA, Bodybuilding Products) (FDA, Testosterone Information) (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements) (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements) (FDA, Structure/Function Claims) (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)) (FDA, 6 Tip-offs to Rip-offs) (FTC, Health Products Guidance) (FTC, Fake Reviews Rule (2024)) (FTC, Endorsement Guides Q&A). A clean checklist is not proof a product is safe: FDA says a product missing from its warning lists is not thereby safe.

How you take it06
The panel's serving is 2 capsules. The seller's brief allows 1 or 2 capsules a day with an 8 oz glass of water. Confirm which applies on your own bottle, because the panel image we hold prints no directions.
No time of day and no food rule is given. If the two capsules in a serving are equal, which the label does not say, one capsule holds half the blend: up to 600 mg of the 1,200.
The Supplement Facts panel names 2 capsules as one serving: a 1,200 mg blend of 8 names. A bottle of 60 lasts 30 days.
The seller brief allows 1 or 2 capsules a day. If the two capsules are equal, which the label does not say, 1 capsule holds half: up to 600 mg of blend, and a bottle lasts 60 days.
Read the Supplement Facts panel on your bottle against this site's label page, and check that any safety seal is intact before you start.
The panel's serving is 2 capsules, and the seller brief allows 1 or 2 capsules a day. Confirm which applies on your bottle. A bottle holds 60 capsules.
The brief says to take the capsules with an 8 oz glass of water. It prints no time of day and no food rule, so choose a time you can repeat.
Keep every prescribed medicine. Stop and get care if you notice yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, chest pain or a racing heartbeat.

The label07
The back of the bottle shows a standard Supplement Facts panel: serving size 2 capsules, 30 servings per container, one blend of 1,200 mg with eight names, the other ingredients and the FDA statement.
It shows no suggested use, caution, storage line, distributor or maker in the image we hold. The front carries a winged V mark with the word VITALIFES, which the seller does not explain, so this site does not name a maker. Check your own bottle for the lines we cannot see.
The numbered spots below explain each part in plain words. On a phone, the label scrolls sideways.
Tap a number to read that part of the label.
A standard panel. Everything on it is typed out on the supplement facts page.

Every word is also typed out on the SodaPeak supplement facts page.
Medicines08
Ask your prescriber or pharmacist first. Sources describe possible interactions for several names on the label with blood thinners, blood pressure medicine, hormone-blocking drugs and liver-processed medicines.
Memorial Sloan Kettering warns about bleeding with saw palmetto and warfarin, and about epimedium and hormone-sensitive cancers or heart disease (MSK, Saw Palmetto) (MSK, Epimedium). Tap a medicine type to see which label names a source flags, and why.
Names on the SodaPeak label that a source flags:
MSK says saw palmetto may increase bruising and bleeding with warfarin and other blood thinners, may add to antiplatelet drugs such as clopidogrel, and may add to the side effects of NSAIDs. It also lists serious bleeding case reports.
Interaction notes from (NCCIH, Saw Palmetto) (MSK, Saw Palmetto) (MSK, Epimedium) (NIDDK LiverTox, Tongkat Ali) (MSK, Nettle) (MSK, Wild Yam) (MSK, Smilax glabra) (RxList, Orchic Extract). Not a complete list. The label prints no amounts for these names, so nobody can say how strong any effect would be. Ask your pharmacist with the bottle in hand, and never stop or change a prescribed medicine on your own.
Safety check09
Anyone on a blood thinner, blood pressure, diabetes, heart-rhythm or hormone-blocking medicine, anyone with liver disease or a hormone-sensitive cancer, and anyone pregnant, nursing or under 18. Answer five quick questions, then talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
A checklist, not medical advice. See side effects and interactions and when to see a doctor.
What has evidence10
Training, protein, sleep and a proper medical check have the sources behind them. A supplement does not replace any of them.
Adults need muscle-strengthening activity on 2 or more days a week for all major muscle groups (CDC, Adult Activity), 7 or more hours of sleep a night (CDC, About Sleep), and enough protein to repair muscle (NIH ODS, Exercise supplements). Low energy and low drive can also come from medicines, sleep apnea, thyroid problems, diabetes or depression, so a test and a doctor come before a capsule (Mayo Clinic, Testosterone and aging).

The seller's brief says one or two capsules daily with an 8 oz glass of water; the panel serving is two capsules. Confirm the bottle, and ask your doctor first if you take regular medicine.
No source we found tests SodaPeak, and this site makes no claim about hormone levels. Tongkat ali alone showed mild rises in total testosterone in human studies, not linked to better performance.
No. Testosterone therapy is a prescription drug for men with a diagnosed condition. SodaPeak is a dietary supplement, and FDA does not approve supplements before sale.
