SodaPeak Shipping: Delivery, Possible Import Fees and Tracking
SodaPeak shipping costs and times are shown at checkout, so this site gives no figure. The seller's materials say orders ship from the US unless the sales page says otherwise, and that tracking arrives in the order email. If a parcel comes from outside the country, import fees can apply, so read the listing before you pay.

What is known01
How does SodaPeak shipping work?
The seller's materials say orders ship from the US unless the sales page says otherwise, and that tracking comes in the order email. Cost and delivery time are shown at checkout.
That is all the brief gives, so no courier, day count or price is named here. Any site that names them without a source is guessing. The order email is the one document that carries your tracking number, so keep it.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Where does it ship from? | The US, unless the sales page says otherwise |
| How much is shipping? | Shown at checkout |
| How long does delivery take? | Not given in the seller's materials; check the order email |
| Is there tracking? | Yes, in the order email |
| Who handles shipping problems? | The order desk, +1 (302) 200-3480 |
Free shipping02
Does SodaPeak ship free?
We make no claim about free shipping. People search for "sodapeak free shipping", but the shipping line is printed at checkout, and that line is the only one that counts.
When you read any free-shipping line, check three things. Is it free on every pack or only above a certain number of bottles? Does the total at checkout match the price before shipping? Is a handling or processing fee added elsewhere? Compare packs by the final total, divided by the days the pack lasts, as the pricing page shows.
Compare the totals
Write the total for two pack sizes, shipping included.
Look for add-ons
A box that is already ticked, such as insurance or a subscription, changes the total.

Before you order03
What should I ask the SodaPeak order desk about shipping?
Ask the four questions in the table. They take two minutes by phone and remove most surprises.
| Ask | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Where will my parcel ship from? | It decides whether duties or a long transit time are possible |
| What is the delivery estimate for my address? | The brief gives none, and it may differ by region |
| Will it need a signature? | A missed delivery delays the parcel |
| Can I change the address after ordering? | The order desk handles changes; ask how long you have |
Write the answers down with the date. If a later problem comes up, a note that says "told by phone on this date that the parcel ships from the US" is worth more than a memory.
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 and have the order ID ready. If you would rather write, use [email protected] and keep the reply. The desk hours are not printed in our materials, so try again if you do not get through the first time.
Import fees04
Do I pay import fees on SodaPeak?
Only if the parcel crosses a border. The seller's materials say shipping is from the US unless the sales page says otherwise, so a US address should not meet import fees, but check.
The seller's card titled "Shipping and import fees" is a title card, not a fee schedule. If you live outside the US, or the listing says the parcel ships from abroad, read the checkout page for customs duties, taxes and who pays them. Some carriers collect the fee at the door, which is a common reason for refused parcels.
Keep the customs form or the fee receipt if you pay one, because it is the proof you need if you later claim a refund that includes the fee. Supplements can also face import rules at the border. Rules differ by country and change, and we do not give legal advice. A local pharmacist or the country's health agency can say what applies to a capsule with these names.
Ask the order desk before you order whether the parcel ships from the US, what the delivery estimate is and who pays duties.

What if my SodaPeak order is late or lost?
Use the tracking number in the order email first. If it has not moved, call the order desk with your order ID.
Open the order email
Find the tracking number and the carrier's link.
Check the address
Compare the shipping address on the order with where you want it.
Call the order desk
+1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected], with your order ID. The desk handles tracking, changes and refunds.
Keep proof
Keep the email, a screenshot of tracking and the date you called.
If a parcel never arrives, the refund steps are on the refund policy page. The website inbox, [email protected], cannot see orders, so do not use it for tracking.
When it arrives06
What should I check when my SodaPeak parcel arrives?
Check the seal, the count and the label against the photos on this site before you take a capsule.
The bottle should be black with a horse-head emblem, "60 capsule" on the front and a Supplement Facts panel on the back with a serving of 2 capsules and eight names. Do not use a bottle whose safety seal is damaged or missing. Note the lot code, which the seller's brief says is on the base when the bottle shows it, and keep the box.
Open the box while you can still photograph the packing. A crushed carton, a split seal or a bottle with a different count from your order is easiest to resolve on the day it arrives, with a photo and the order ID in hand. The desk can only act on what you can show it.
The batch verify page walks through the five checks, and the how to use page covers the first day. If a bottle arrives broken or short, photograph it before you open the order desk's thread.
If you take regular medicine, show your pharmacist the label before the first capsule, and keep taking prescribed medicine as directed.
