SodaPeak Privacy Policy: What Data This Site Handles, What It Does Not and Your Choices

Quick answer

This SodaPeak website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and keeps nothing in your browser, and its fonts and images load from the site itself. It holds personal data only when you write to it. Orders are taken at the seller's checkout, which has its own terms. Email the website inbox for any privacy question.

In short01

What does the SodaPeak website do with my data?

Almost nothing. Browsing the pages leaves no cookie, no tracker and no stored data on this site's side beyond ordinary server records.

This policy describes the information site at thesodapeak.us, run by Thesodapeak, a USA Authorized SodaPeak Retailer. It does not cover the seller's checkout, which is a separate service with its own terms, or any other website you reach through a link.

What is collected02

What information does this SodaPeak site collect?

Only what you send. If you write to us, we hold your email address, your message and anything you attach.

We use it to answer your question, to correct a page if you found a mistake and to keep a record of the exchange. We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a list. If you ask about an order, we will point you to the order desk, which holds order records under the seller's own terms.

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard technical records, such as the time of a request and a network address. These are normal for web hosting. We do not use them to build profiles, and we do not link them to your emails.

  • Do not send card numbers, passwords or full medical records by email.
  • Do send an order ID if you want help with an order.
  • If you report a reaction, tell us the lot code and the date, and tell your clinician as well.

Orders03

How is my data handled when I order SodaPeak?

The order buttons lead to the seller's checkout. What you enter there is handled under the seller's terms, not this site's.

At checkout you will usually give a name, a delivery address, an email address, a phone number and payment details. The seller and its payment provider handle them. We cannot see your card details and we do not receive them. The name of the payment processor is not published in the materials we hold, so read the checkout page for it.

The order desk keeps the order ID, the pack, the address and the contact details so it can ship, track, change and refund an order. The refund policy page describes what to send with a return. If you want your order data corrected or removed, ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected].

Check the checkout

Before you pay, read the checkout page's privacy and terms links, and check that the page address begins with https.

Sharing04

Who sees my data, and do you sell it?

We do not sell it. Emails to the website inbox are read by the people who run the site and are shared only when the law requires.

The seller may share order details with carriers and payment providers to complete your order. That is how a parcel arrives. Other sharing is described in the seller's own checkout terms. If a court or authority requires us to disclose information, we will do so as the law demands, and where we can we will tell you.

This site links to outside pages, such as FDA, NIH, CDC and other sources. When you follow a link you leave this site, and the other site's policy applies. These sources do not know you came from here unless your browser tells them.

Your choices05

What choices do I have about my data?

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it and ask us to delete it. Write to the website inbox.

  1. Write to the inbox

Use [email protected], and say what you want: a copy, a correction or deletion.

  2. Tell us how to find you

Use the email address you wrote from, and the date.

  3. Expect a reply

We will confirm what we hold and what we have done. The inbox is read Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET.

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you more rights than this policy lists. We respect those rights, and a request that cites one will be handled under it. For order data held by the order desk, make the request there.

Security06

How is the data I send protected?

By keeping very little of it. A site that holds no accounts, no forms and no payment data has little to lose.

The pages are written to be served over https, the address begins with https, and the site loads its fonts and images from itself, so your browser does not contact outside services just to display a page. Emails you send travel by ordinary email, which is not private in the way a sealed letter is, so keep sensitive details out of them. If you need to share an order detail, the order ID is enough for the desk to find your order.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise it. If we learn that information you sent us has been exposed, we will tell the people affected as the law requires.

Age and health data07

Is this site for children, and what about health information?

No. The product is for adults, and this site is written for adults. It does not knowingly collect data from children.

If you tell us about your health, for example in an email about a reaction, we use it only to respond. We are not your health care provider, and our pages are general information, not medical advice. For anything about your health, contact a clinician. FDA's MedWatch program takes reports of reactions from consumers directly (FDA, MedWatch).

If you think a child has contacted us, write to the inbox and we will delete the message. If a child has taken a supplement, call a poison control center or a clinician at once.

Changes08

How will changes to this privacy policy be shown?

The date at the foot of the page changes when this policy changes, and a significant change will be stated on the page.

If the site ever adds analytics, a form, a comment tool or any other tool that handles personal data, this policy will be updated before it is used, and the table above will change to match. The policy was last updated October 27, 2026.

For related terms, see the terms and conditions, the disclaimer and the contact page. The about page explains who runs the site and how it earns money.
