About This SodaPeak Website: Who Runs It, Who Reviews It and How It Earns Money
This is the information site of Thesodapeak, a USA Authorized SodaPeak Retailer. It is not the manufacturer and does not name one, because the label panel names none. The editorial team writes the pages from the label and from NIH, FDA, CDC, FTC and peer-reviewed sources. The site earns money when an order is placed through its buttons.

Who we are01
Who runs this SodaPeak website?
A USA Authorized SodaPeak Retailer, trading as Thesodapeak, runs it. It is an information site with order buttons, not the maker's website.
The name "official website" in the page titles means the seller's own site for this product, and nothing more. It does not mean the manufacturer runs it. The Supplement Facts panel we hold names no maker or distributor, and the bottle front shows a winged V mark with the word VITALIFES, which the seller does not explain. So this site does not name a manufacturer, and it does not guess.
The seller's order desk is reachable by phone at +1 (302) 200-3480 and by email at [email protected]. The website inbox is [email protected], and it handles questions about the pages, typos, privacy and press. It cannot see orders. The offices are listed on the contact page.

Disclosure02
How does this SodaPeak website earn money?
When someone places an order through the order buttons, the seller earns the sale. That is a financial interest in the product, and you should weigh the pages with it in mind.
We handle the conflict in four ways. The pages quote their sources and give the dates. They make no claim that SodaPeak treats or prevents anything. They say plainly what the label does not tell you, such as the amounts, the maker and any lab report. And they do not publish reviews, ratings or names that have not been verified, which the FTC's rule on fake reviews also requires (FTC, Reviews Rule Q&A).

Medical review03
Who reviews these pages?
A named medical reviewer is shown on every page once confirmed. Until the name is supplied, the review fields below are labelled fill-in slots, and no person is credited.
That is deliberate. A reviewer credit on a page is a claim about a real person, and publishing a name that has not been confirmed would be a false statement. The editorial standards page explains what a reviewer checks and what the label means when the name appears.
Pages built from the label, the seller brief and linked NIH, FDA, CDC, FTC and peer-reviewed sources.
Last updated . Read our editorial standards and how we check reviews. This website is the information site for a USA Authorized SodaPeak Retailer. It is not the manufacturer, and it does not name one. We earn money when you buy through our order links.
Reviewing a page does not mean the reviewer endorses the product. A review checks that the page's statements match its sources and that nothing in it promises a medical result.
How pages are made04
How are the pages on this SodaPeak site written?
From the label first, then from public sources. Every health statement points to a source, and a source's date is shown.
Read the label
The Supplement Facts panel is the base: eight names, one blend, a serving of 2 capsules and 30 servings.
Find the sources
NIH, NCCIH, FDA, CDC, FTC, MedlinePlus, Mayo Clinic, Memorial Sloan Kettering and LiverTox.
Stay inside what they say
If a source does not say it, the page does not either.
Say what is unknown
Amounts, maker, lab report and price are stated as unknown, not filled in.
Review and date
A medical reviewer checks the page, and the date is shown.
Where the seller's brief and the label disagree, the label wins. For example, the seller's brief lists six herbs, and the label prints eight names, so the pages cover all eight.
Corrections05
How does this site handle corrections and updates?
Errors are fixed and the date is changed. A page says when it was last updated, and its sources show the dates they carry.
Health pages age. FDA, NIH and CDC revise their pages, and the label on a new batch can change. When that happens the affected page is checked against the new source or label, rewritten where needed and given a new date. A page that cannot be checked is not left standing on an old claim. If a source disappears or contradicts a page, the page changes to match the source.
The seller's own details also change, such as a phone number, an address or the guarantee terms. The checkout page and the order desk are always the final word on those, and the pages say so each time. If you find a place where this site and your checkout disagree, trust the checkout and tell us, so we can fix the page.

What does this SodaPeak website cover?
Five groups of pages: the label, the buying steps, the guides, the trust pages and the legal pages. Blog posts add longer reads on single questions.
| Group | What it answers |
|---|---|
| The label | What the eight names, the blend and the serving are, and what is not stated |
| Buying | Packs, checkout, shipping, the guarantee and refunds, without prices |
| Guides | Testosterone, herbs, hidden drugs, lifting, sleep and doctor visits |
| Trust | Quality badges, batch checks, reviews, who we are and how pages are made |
| Legal | Privacy, terms and the disclaimer |
Every page has a short answer at the top, the sources at the bottom and a medical review box. If a page is missing something you need, say so through the website inbox and we will add it or tell you plainly that the answer is unknown.
What this site is not07
What is this SodaPeak website not?
It is not the manufacturer, a clinic, a pharmacy, a regulator or a source of medical advice.
FDA says it does not approve dietary supplements for safety or effectiveness before they are sold, and that a product meant to treat disease is regulated as a drug (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements). This site claims nothing in the second category. SodaPeak is a dietary supplement, and no page here says it treats or prevents a disease.
It is also not independent of the seller. It is the seller's own site, with a disclosed financial interest, written with a rule to stay inside its sources. If you want a view with no interest in the sale, ask your clinician or pharmacist, and show them the full label.
Write to [email protected] with the page and the line. Corrections are made and dated.
