Who handles press, privacy and page questions?
The website inbox, [email protected]. It is read on weekdays, and it covers the pages, not the orders.
Journalists, researchers and clinicians who want to check a statement on a page can write to the inbox with the page and the line, and the reply will name the source for it. A message from any other address, a text that asks you to click to "confirm a delivery" or a caller who pushes you to pay by gift card or transfer is not from the order desk. Hang up and call the number listed here.
Real order messages carry your order ID, and a genuine message should not ask you to send a full card number, a card security code or an account password by email or text. If you are unsure, do not reply. Open this site directly in your browser, find the order desk number and call it. Scam messages often copy a brand's name and logo, so the sender address and the request are the things to check, not the look of the message.
