SodaPeak and the BBB: What a Business Profile Can and Cannot Show
We cannot see a Better Business Bureau profile for the SodaPeak seller and make no claim about one. A BBB-style profile can show a business's name, address, complaint history and responses, but a rating is not a test of the product. Use it to check the seller, then check the bottle and the terms yourself.

What we can say01
Does the SodaPeak seller have a BBB profile?
We do not know, and we make no claim. We cannot see BBB pages.
A profile, where one exists, describes a business, not a product. It can tell you whether a company has been in touch with the bureau and how it handled complaints. It cannot tell you whether a capsule contains what the label lists.
What it shows02
What can a business profile show?
A name, a location, a contact trail, a complaint count and whether the company responded.
| It can show | It cannot show |
|---|---|
| The company's name and address | What is inside a capsule |
| Number and type of complaints | Whether the product works |
| Whether complaints were answered | Whether a lab tested the lot |
| How long the business has existed | Whether a review is honest |
A rating letter is a summary of a process, and the weights behind it are the bureau's. Read the detail, not the letter.
The trail03
What can I check myself?
The contact trail. A seller that can be reached, at addresses you can check, is easier to hold to account.
The seller's order desk is +1 (302) 200-3480, the order email is [email protected], and the offices are in New York, as the contact page lists. Call before you buy and note how the call goes.
- A set time: your capsules with water
The brief says 1 or 2 capsules daily with an 8 oz glass of water and gives no time of day. A fixed time is simply easier to remember.
- Training on 2 or more days a week
Adults need muscle-strengthening activity on 2 or more days a week that works all major muscle groups, plus 150 minutes of moderate activity. (CDC, Adult Activity)
- Protein with your meals
Protein builds, maintains and repairs muscle; NIH ODS found no safety concerns for athletes at up to about 2.0 g per kg of body weight a day. (NIH ODS, Exercise supplements)
- Sleep: 7 or more hours
Adults 18 to 60 need 7 or more hours a night. (CDC, About Sleep)
The seller brief prints no time of day for the capsules; the morning slot is only a suggestion. Follow your label and your clinician.

Where do I report a problem?
To the seller first, then, for a reaction, to FDA's MedWatch. A bureau complaint is a separate step.
FDA says that if you have a bad reaction you should stop the product, get medical care and report it, and firms must report serious adverse events within 15 days (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements). MedWatch takes voluntary reports from consumers through an online form (FDA, MedWatch). A business bureau does not replace either.
