- A note of why you are returning it.
If you reacted to a capsule, stop taking it and get care first. The return can wait.

Call the order desk

Mail the bottles

Track the parcel

Watch for the credit
3-5 business days after the returned bottles are credited, then 5-10 days for the card issuer to post it.

What if the refund does not arrive?
Check tracking, call the order desk with the tracking number and order ID, and, if the time the seller gave has passed, ask your card issuer about a dispute.
