How do I cancel a repeat order?
Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, or write to [email protected], as soon as you see it.
Ask for a confirmation by email, and write down the date, time and the name of the person. If a charge goes through after you cancelled, quote that record to the desk and, if needed, to your card issuer. The refund policy page lists the steps for returns and refunds.
