"The Standard of Power": Why a Slogan Is Not a Result
People search for a tagline such as the standard of power alongside SodaPeak. The bottle front and panel photos we hold do not show that phrase, and a slogan is not a measurement. Slogans create a feeling of strength and certainty. Judge the product by the panel, the sources and a lab report, not by the line.

The phrase01
Where does the standard of power come from?
It appears in searches, not on the bottle photos or panel we hold. We cannot say where shoppers saw it.
The bottle front reads SodaPeak, "ADVANCED FORMULA", 60 capsule and "SUPPORTS HEALTHY MUSCLE*". A tagline could be on an ad, a video or a seller's page that we do not see. Wherever it was, it is a marketing line, and it carries no amount, no test and no comparison.
How slogans work02
What do slogans do?
They attach an emotion to a name. Power, strength and standard are words chosen to feel like facts.
| Slogan word | What could be checked |
|---|---|
| Power | Nothing; no measure is given |
| Standard | Nothing; no standard is named |
| Advanced | Nothing; no earlier version is described |
| Supports healthy muscle* | A structure and function style statement, not evaluated by FDA |
| Eight names, 1,200 mg | The panel itself |
Only the last row can be checked, and it is the plainest line on the bottle.
The rule03
What does the law ask of claims?
Structure and function claims need substantiation and a disclaimer. A slogan that implies a result is held to the same test.
FDA says firms must have substantiation for structure and function claims and include the notice that FDA has not evaluated them (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements). The FTC says health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, and that a disclaimer does not cure a deceptive claim (FTC, Health Products Guidance).
SUPPORTS HEALTHY MUSCLE*
A structure/function line: the star leads to the FDA statement. No source linked here tests SodaPeak. Muscle responds to training on 2 or more days a week, protein and sleep, and the sources on this site say so. (FDA, Structure/Function Claims) (CDC, Adult Activity)
Test Boost Proprietary Blend 1200mg
A blend name and one total. The panel prints no amount for any of the eight names, so the real split is unknown. The blend name is not a finding: no study tested this blend. (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR))
ADVANCED FORMULA
A product description. It names no ingredient, amount, test or standard. (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements)
*Daily Value Not Established
No Daily Value exists for these names, so the panel cannot show a percent of one. It is not a measure of how much to take. (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements)
