What if the capsule holds something unlisted?

Then the effects can be those of a drug, and nobody can read them from the label.

FDA's page on bodybuilding products lists serious liver injury, mood changes, kidney damage, heart attack and stroke among reported harms of hidden steroids (FDA, Bodybuilding Products).
