Who Makes SodaPeak? What Is Printed on the Bottle and What Is Missing
The Supplement Facts panel for SodaPeak names no maker, distributor or country of origin. The bottle front shows a winged V mark with the word VITALIFES, which the seller does not explain. The seller of this site is a USA Authorized SodaPeak Retailer, which is not the same as the maker. Ask the order desk for the maker's name.

What is printed01
What does the bottle say about its maker?
Very little. The panel names no maker or distributor, and the front shows a winged V mark with the word VITALIFES.
| Item | What we can see |
|---|---|
| Maker name on the panel | None |
| Distributor on the panel | None |
| Country of origin | Not shown in the image we hold |
| Mark on the front | A winged V with VITALIFES |
| Seller | A USA Authorized SodaPeak Retailer |
We do not say that VITALIFES is the maker, because the seller does not say so.
The seller02
Is the seller the maker?
Not that we can tell. This site is the information site of a retailer, and it says it is not the manufacturer.
The about page sets out the seller's role and how the site earns money. A retailer can sell a product made by another company, and that is common. What matters is that someone, somewhere, can answer for the contents, and that you can find out who.
Why it matters03
Why does the maker's name matter?
It is the name you need to ask for test results, to look up a recall or to report a problem.
FDA says companies must follow good manufacturing practices and have substantiation for structure and function claims, and that FDA generally does not test supplements before they reach consumers (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements). Firms must report serious adverse events within 15 days (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements). All of those duties fall on a named company. If a bottle hides it, you cannot check any of them.
SUPPORTS HEALTHY MUSCLE*
A structure/function line: the star leads to the FDA statement. No source linked here tests SodaPeak. Muscle responds to training on 2 or more days a week, protein and sleep, and the sources on this site say so. (FDA, Structure/Function Claims) (CDC, Adult Activity)
Test Boost Proprietary Blend 1200mg
A blend name and one total. The panel prints no amount for any of the eight names, so the real split is unknown. The blend name is not a finding: no study tested this blend. (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR))
ADVANCED FORMULA
A product description. It names no ingredient, amount, test or standard. (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements)
*Daily Value Not Established
No Daily Value exists for these names, so the panel cannot show a percent of one. It is not a measure of how much to take. (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements)

Should the missing maker stop me ordering?
